John and his family followed traditional beliefs and relied on their own understanding when trouble came. They attended community gatherings, but had no peace in their hearts.

When the No Place Left team visited their village, they shared the gospel using the Four Questions, Three Circles and Two Kingdoms. The Commands of Christ helped John see that following Jesus means faith and obedience. He repented and trusted Christ — and shortly afterwards his wife and children did too.

God restored peace in their home. Now that home has become a house church where neighbours gather for worship, prayer, Bible study and fellowship.
